TalksChris Witts has been giving talks to various societies for many years, covering many aspects of the River Severn. He also can be seen regularly on television, having appeared on GMTV, BBC Television News and is featured in the BBC Schools film about the River Severn. He has recently completed filming about the River Severn for a DVD series for Readers Digest He is a regular on BBC TV and radio and has been interviewed by Pam Ayres on BBC Radio 2 and in the past with David Bellamy. As a member of the audience said to him after listening to one of his talks, "I felt as though I was with you, in my overalls, getting my hands dirty".
Detail of TalksAll talks are illustrated with the latest
digital equipment, including a short film or two, and last for about 1 hour. A
basic fee of £35 is charged, plus travelling expenses of
