Talks

Chris Witts has been giving talks to various societies for many years, covering many aspects of the River Severn. He also can be seen regularly on television, appearing on GMTV, BBC Television News and is featured in the BBC Schools film about the River Severn.

He is also heard frequently on the radio, more recent with Pam Ayres on BBC Radio 2 and in the past with David Bellamy.

As a member of the audience said to him after listening to one of his talks, "I felt as though I was with you, in my overalls, getting my hands dirty".

Detail of Talks

All talks are illustrated with transparencies and last for about 1 hour. A basic fee is charged, plus travelling expenses outside of the Gloucester area.
