The finished building will be of steel and left unpainted. Looking like the Angel of the North and may attract rave reviews or total horror.
The plans had been submitted to the Planning Committee of Gloucester City Council and caused a great deal of debate. Not everyone is in favour of this building being located here, but now we will have to wait and see what the finished article looks like.
